Tacoma News Tribune picks Stokesbary

The Tacoma News Tribune issued its endorsements for the 31st Legislative District today, and they recommended “Auburn resident Drew Stokesbary, an attorney and policy aide for the King County Council.”

Calling Stokesbary a “good candidate,” The News Tribune wrote, “we think Stokesbary better reflects the conservative 31st and would be more likely to part ways with his caucus than his opponent.” The newspaper also praised Stokesbary for his “practical perspective” that “will be needed in the upcoming session.”

The News Tribune is the second major newspaper to endorse Drew Stokesbary. He was previously endorsed by The Seattle Times. The entire TNT article can be found at TheNewsTribune.com.
